LATE POLICY

We get it, life happens. Of course we want you on your bike or at the barre on-time to maximize your workout but will assist you to your bike or spot in barre to minimize disruption to the other class attendees.

NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have not checked in 2 minutes prior to class start time, your bike or barre spot will be given to another rider/barre babe off of the waitlist in order of the waitlist sign up.

CANCELLATIONS

You must cancel your class 6 hours or more prior to the class start time in order to unreserve your spot & return the unused class to your account. Emails, DM’s, Texts, and Social Media comments will be not be accepted as a cancellation. You must cancel through your account on the mobile app or website. Once your spot is cancelled, your class will be returned to your account for use at a future date. This policy is in place out of respect to other BEATS clients who are waiting for a spot on the waitlist, and not intended as a punishment.

NO SHOWS

Your class will be credited back to your account for future use.

WAITLIST POLICY

If you are on the waitlist and want to show up to class and try to get in, please check in with the font desk staff and then wait outside until they call you in if there is an available spot, 2 min before class begins. Waitlist management is automated by Zingfit, so please only add yourself to a waitlist if you are confident you can make the class. You will be notified by email or push notifications on your BEATS App if a spot opens and you’re enrolled the class (make sure to subscribe to our emails or enable push notifications in your app or you will not know when you get into class from a waitlist). It is your responsibility to check your email or app to see if you've been added to the class. You can be added to the class up until an hour before class begins. If you are added to the class and no show, you will still be charged a no show fee since there are people on the waitlist behind you that want to get in. Treat a waitlist spot just like you're booked for class because you MOST LIKELY will get in. If you know you won't be able to make it, simply take your name off the waitlist with no penalty. If you book multiple classes or waitlist multiple classes, you are solely responsible for cancelling your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy. BEATS staff will not be held responsible for accidental bookings by clients or double bookings or double waitlisted classes made by clients. The system will auto populate clients into class from the waitlist as other clients with confirmed spots cancel and bikes and mat spots will be assigned as such. BEATS staff will add waitlisted clients in the order in which they were added to the waitlist by the computer system 2 minutes before the start of class. There is no waitlist priority given for early arrival.

WALK INS

Absolutely, we know curiosity and inspiration strike at any moment! If a bike or spot at the barre is available then we will help you create an account, purchase a class series to participate, and register you into a class. It is worth it to show up and perhaps snag a spot because even though our schedule appears full all week, there are usually a few spots open at the time of class.

SWITCHING CLASS TIMES

We will attempt to honor requests to switch class times if the requested time has availability - we know your coworkers love to schedule last second meetings in that empty lunch block on your calendar!

TRANSFERS & SHARING

All class packages and memberships are non transferable. All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client. Class packages and memberships may NOT be shared between clients. Each individual must create their own account, sign their own waiver and purchase their own classes. If you wish to gift someone classes, you may purchase them a gift card.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All class packages & memberships are non-refundable .Retail items may be returned for BEATS merchandise credit if the item is in unwashed and unworn condition. Retail refunds may not be used for classes or memberships.

MEMBERSHIPS+CONTRACTS

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Memberships begin on the date of purchase. If you would like to adjust the start date of your membership, please email hello@beatsbarreandbike.com. In the case of illness or relocation/moving contracts may be cancelled but require a 30 day notice. You MUST email hello@beatsbarreandbike.com to cancel or skip. We will not accept cancellation notices by Facebook message, Instagram DM’s, or text messages. You will fill out a brief form to completely terminate your contract, and pay a termination fee based on a percentage of the contracted amount remaining.

LOST & FOUND

BEATS Barre + Bike is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items in the studio.

TURN OFF FOR WHAT

Please refrain from texting, phone calls, Facebooking, Gramming, videoing, photographing, voice recording, or Snap Chatting during class for the privacy of other clients and the protection of our intellectual property. Selfie-ing, IG story-ing, posting & Snapping is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED before and after class. If there is an emergency, please step outside the studio to take your call.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on single classes, class packages, or events. Merchandise can not be returned for class credit and vice versa. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Clothing or accessories must be in unworn, unwashed condition. BEATS staff has the sole discretion in authorizing returns and exchanges.
